Crown

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped “cap” covering a tooth when the tooth is too damaged to be reconstructed by means of traditional methods. The crown restores tooth shape and its size and strength, and improves tooth appearance.
In many situations, because of the translucent metal layer in porcelain, traditional metal ceramic crowns do not meet the requirements for aesthetic vision (mainly regarding the front teeth). This leads to the unnatural appearance of the tooth. In such situations, we use “aesthetic” crowns (composite, all-ceramic or E-max). In this way, a natural appearance of the tooth is achieved and the tooth does not differ from the rest of the teeth of the patient.
